Orders

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible — we process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes after submission.

  • Order confirmations are sent immediately after purchase.
  • To check your order status, log in to your account or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
  • If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

Shipping

We ship across Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Canada Post or a comparable carrier.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
  • Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened haircare or beauty products unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
