Refund Policy
We want you to love your Curious Salons order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Email us at customerservice@rucurious.ca to initiate your return. Once approved, you can ship your item back or return it in person at our Aspen Landing location:
Curious Salons — Aspen Landing 120–350 Aspen Glen Landing SW, Calgary, AB T3H 0N5
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Combs, brushes, and hair accessories
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order. Exception: electrical hair tools may be exchanged within 1 year for a manufacturer defect.
Damages & Issues If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at customerservice@rucurious.ca with photos and your order details.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
