Shipping Policy

At Curious Salons, we want your order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

Where We Ship We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.

Processing Time Orders placed before 8PM MST Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 8PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship via Canada Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Alberta & BC: 2–4 business days
• Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days

Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $65. Orders under $65 are charged a flat rate at checkout.

Multiple Shipments If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. You will only be charged for each item as it is packaged and dispatched.

Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Track your order at canadapost.ca.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with Canada Post on your behalf.
