Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Curious Salons and our suppliers. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from rucurious.com and/or shopcurious.ca (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. The warranty period for each Physical Goods product is determined by the product manufacturer. All warranty information should be enclosed in each physical product packaging.

During the Warranty Period determined by the manufacturer, they will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance as outlined in each manufacturer’s warranty information.

What will the manufacturer do to correct problems?

The manufacturer will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or in some cases send a replacement as outlined in the product warranty.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from our online store is determined by the manufacturer. Please refer to your product warrant document within the packaging of your product to determine warranty coverage.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact the manufacturer directly. Manufacturer contact information is supplied within the packaging of your product. If you are having issues, or need assistance, please contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
